As a Philadelphia branding photographer, my goal is to make your experience easy, personal, and stress-free from start to finish. Whether we’re working in my studio or at a location that reflects your brand, I’ll guide you every step of the way. From wardrobe and styling support to a detailed prep guide, I’ll help you feel confident, polished, and prepared. After your session, you’ll receive a private online gallery with your finalized, edited images delivered in both high-resolution files (perfect for printing) and web-sized versions (ideal for your website and social media). This way, you’ll have everything you need to show up consistently and professionally—wherever your audience finds you.

The first step in working with Stephanie Photography is simple—just reach out! Once you inquire, we’ll set up a relaxed Discovery Call to get to know each other and chat about what you’re dreaming up for your session. It’s a chance for me to hear your story, answer all your questions, and walk you through what the experience looks like from start to finish. From there, we’ll start planning every detail to make your session feel completely personal and stress-free.

After our Discovery Call, the next step is your Planning Appointment—where all the fun details come to life! During this meeting, we’ll lock in your session date and choose the perfect location, whether that’s in my cozy studio or a beautiful outdoor setting. We’ll also dive into wardrobe styling to make sure everyone feels confident and comfortable, and that your look fits the overall vision of your session. This is where your session starts to take shape, and I love helping every client feel fully prepared and excited for what’s ahead.
3. Session day
Session Day is where all of our planning comes to life—and my favorite part of the entire process. By the time your shoot arrives, everything will be ready so you can simply show up, relax, and enjoy the experience. Whether we’re in the studio or out on location, I’ll gently guide you through natural poses and candid moments so it never feels stiff or stressful. My goal is to create a calm, comfortable space where real connection and genuine emotion can shine through. We’ll laugh, we’ll have fun, and before you know it, you’ll have a gallery full of beautiful, meaningful images to treasure.
4. Gallery Reveal
A few weeks after your session, the best part arrives—your Gallery Reveal! I’ll guide you through all your options and help you decide how you want to enjoy your photos—whether you need help with picking the best images for your website or print material. You will receive both high resolution and web size resolution digitals to use with all your social media platforms, websites and any print ready work your need for the next big event or convention your brand will be attending. You will have professional guidance on how to best use these images so they don't feel overwhelming or a storage problem. Relish in these professionally curated images to be used for years to come.

Maternity sessions are a celebration of the beauty and anticipation of this special chapter in your life. Whether you choose the comfort of a serene studio session (packages beginning at $800). I’ll guide you through every detail so you feel confident, radiant, and completely supported as we capture this unforgettable moment.
Newborn sessions are all about slowing down and savoring those fleeting first days with your baby. You can choose the calm, cozy environment of a studio session (packages beginning at $800) or the comfortable familiarity of an in-home session. Either way, I’ll create a peaceful, baby-led experience so you can simply soak in the sweetness while I capture every tender detail.
All sessions are booked with a $250 Session fee + a purchase of a complete package on day of gallery reveal. All booked appointment are secured with a session fee only.

Headshot and branding sessions can be selected to take place at my Home Studio (Packages beginning at $550), on location at a beautiful space, event rental or place of business (packages starting at $600) or choose to do a combination of in studio and on location (packages starting at $800) We will capture the essence of you and your brand just as you imagine.

You can choose to shoot in my home studio (packages beginning at $550), on location at a beautiful space, event rental, or your place of business (packages starting at $600), or select a combination of studio and on-location settings for a full, versatile gallery (packages starting at $800). Together, we’ll capture the essence of you and your brand in a way that feels authentic, modern, and true to your story.
