Hi There! I'm Stephanie

Hi, I’m Stephanie Rodgers — a maternity, newborn, and family photographer who also loves helping people shine through headshots and branding portraits. At my core, I’m someone who deeply values people, stories, and the fleeting magic of everyday moments. I’m also a cat enthusiast (seriously, if a cat wanders into your session, we will pause for pets), a lover of the outdoors, and someone who treasures quiet moments curled up with a good book… or a much-needed nap.

My love for photography began with my Grandpa Rodgers.
For as long as I can remember, he always had a camera on his belt—literally. He carried a little point-and-shoot everywhere and even had a portable photo printer so he could snap a picture and print it right away. He loved candid photos but also knew the importance of pausing to set up a group shot on a timer. His albums were full of landscapes, family memories, and those perfectly timed group photos (often featuring covered bridges and autumn leaves 🍂).

When I turned eighteen, he gifted me an entire album of photos of me from birth through my teens—a tangible timeline of my life in prints. On his and my grandma’s 70th wedding anniversary, as I was busy photographing the celebration, he asked if I’d gotten into photography because of him. I laughed and said, “Who else?!” Because it’s true—he showed me how powerful photography could be, how it can freeze time and let us hold on to the people and places we love most.

That love has grown into my career, and now I’m proud to offer Philadelphia PA Photography services that help families and businesses preserve their own stories. Whether it’s the soft newness of your newborn, the unstoppable joy of your growing family, or the pride you feel in your business, I’m here to capture what matters most to you. I want to create images that become heirlooms—photographs that will someday fill albums, frames, and hearts, just like Grandpa’s did.

I already miss him deeply, but every time I pick up my camera, I feel like he’s still with me—cheering me on from behind the lens. That spirit is at the heart of everything I create through my Philadelphia PA Photography work, and it’s what makes every session feel so personal.
